Updating the ‘Website Name’

In this tutorial, we’ll demonstrate how to change the ‘website name’ text.

… as with ALL Library page updates, if you can get into the following ‘habit’ you’ll avoid the ‘troubleshooting’ section down below!

The ( Habit ) before updating any Library page…

1. keep a web page OPEN in a web browser to review your progress and check for errors / type-o’s
2. keep your Library page OPEN until you’re sure there are no error’s or type-o’s
3. it’s MUCH faster to (Ctrl+Z = undo) a mistake, than to try to fix it later on… you CAN’T undo once the Library page is closed

Expand the [ + ] Library (folder)  >> shared (folder).

1. Open the ‘website name’ page
2. Select the ‘Website Name’ text with your mouse
3. Click the (h3) tag in the Quick Tag Selector Toolbar
4. type a new name for your logo
5. If for any reason the H3 title tag wasn’t re-applied to your new text
6. just select the new text
7. then apply the h3 tag manually
8. Save to update

2. Open the ‘website name’ page.
3. Select the ‘Website Name’ text with your mouse.
4. Type a new name.
5. Select the new text, and if for any reason the H3 title tag wasn’t re-applied to your new text
6. Just select the new text.
7. Then apply the h3 tag manually through the ‘Format’ menu.
8. Save to update.
